Cancellation Policy/ No Show Policy
First canceled appointment day of will be a verbal warning.
After that you will need to hold your spot by paying $30 for your 1 hour appointment, 90 minute appointment, or 2 hour appointment, or $15 for your 30 minute or 45 minute appointments. This will be used toward your payment when you come in. If you do not show up this money does not get refunded.
If you have a groupon your groupon will be redeemed and the next time you want to come in will have to pay $30 for your cancelled day of appointment.
Anyone who bought a package will forfeit that missed appointment of the package.
